My husband and I finally met true Hokkaido while staying at Blooming Villa on our third trip to Hokkaido. This place felt like our own perfect, cozy vacation home. I will no longer be going to the overpriced resorts of Niseko during the winter season.

This home is spacious enough for two, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. It’s fully furnished with all the necessary furniture and appliances, and they’re not just practical; they’re all high-end. I liked the Ambientec lamp in the villa so much that I bought it at the Asahikawa Design Center. My husband, who loves to cook, canceled all restaurant visits and volunteered to be the chef for the entire stay because of the amazing kitchen here. That’s why the dishwasher was so helpful. And providing not only a drip coffee machine but also delicious coffee beans was a truly impressive touch. Every morning, the villa was filled with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee. Although we never met the host in person, we were impressed by their taste and the thoughtful touches throughout the house.

The only disappointment is that it’s become so popular that many dates are unavailable for booking up to a year in advance. As soon as I returned from my trip, I booked a return visit in October. My only wish is that the host will open one or two more such wonderful villas. Thank you for giving us such happy memories.

An exceptional property and an exceptional host. Our family of 6 stayed in this luxurious house on our winter holiday. Pretty much every aspect of the house I consider way above average and pristinely presented. We especially appreciated the heated flooring throughout the house. Haya was an amazing host and was very responsive to any questions and requests and proactively provided recommendations for local events such as the local ice festival which was great to see. We would not hesitate to recommend and come back, and would consider it a stunning location in the spring time as well.

My wife and I have traveled many places around the world and quite a few times to Japan. Of all of the houses we’ve visited, this felt like the most well thought out and welcoming of all. From being personally walked around and told about how everything works, to everything being just where you would like it, this house is not only stunningly beautiful, it’s also extremely easy to live in and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here. It has many restaurants close by, a walking path out front, convenient to hiking and shopping, and is peaceful and relaxing. It’s a cultural experience to soak in the culture of rice farming in the Higashikawa area, and there are many other things to do. Highly recommended!

2年前旭岳を初めて訪れ、東川町の景色に惹かれ、東川町の生活を経験してみたいと、今回4人で2泊、利用させていただきました！どの部屋も広々していて、とても快適に過ごせました。お風呂2つ、トイレも4つあり、それぞれで利用できるので干渉し合うことなく、快適に過ごせました。何よりも、立地が素敵です。窓からは広々、今の時期は黄金畑が広がり、大雪山もいつでも見渡せる場所です。

設備はすべて最新。使う時に、どうやってやるんだろう？から始まり、使いこなしていく感じでした。常温の調味料は一通りあります。洗濯も洗剤や洗濯ばさみなど、一通り揃っているので困りません。スタッフの方もとても丁寧でフレンドリーです。また次回、訪問する時は利用したいと思います。

My family and I spent 8 beautiful nights at Blooming Villa Higashikawa, and it was our favourite stay compared to any other villa or even onsen hotel in Hokkaido. Waking up to a view of snow-capped mountains, the silence of paddy fields all around, a fully-equipped modern kitchen, extremely comfortable rooms and living room (and reading nook!), potential to add on an extra studio if more space is needed, ample parking space, and very close to Asahikawa (city and airport), Biei, Furano, and Daisetsuzan National Park. Plus, Haya and her team are excellent hosts. Cannot ask for more! Thank you so much for hosting us.
